Welcome back to Don't Alert The Stans!

In circumstances that almost made it impossible, we have reached the season finale!

Kicking off Season 4’s conclusion is the controversy surrounding Capital Xtra’s Yinka Bokinni and Shayna Marie Birch-Campbell. The two breakfast show hosts have criticised their parent company Global Radio for not taking a strong enough stance on the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Next up is Austin Daboh who has left his role at Apple Music for an Executive Vice President position at Atlantic Records UK. Led by Nic, the boys consider what a black man in such a high-powered role will mean for the landscape of black music in England.

Rounding up the episode is The Recording Academy who have announced a number of puzzling changes to the names of several GRAMMY categories.
