Mental Health is something that affects everyone in one way or another – but, as we grow up, as young people there are a million things we are constantly trying to work out about ourselves, and the world.

This week was World Mental Health Awareness Day, and as part of W!ZARD Giving’s Mental Health Awareness Month (whereby every radio show on W!ZARD Radio Station will be discussing the topic) we’ve been trying to start as many conversations as possible about mental health and your lives.

James Gilmore interviewed Emily Cherry from the NSPCC about World Mental Health Awareness Day, the impact of growing up with social media on our mental health and tips for how to get through difficult days.

Broadcasted exclusively worldwide on W!ZARD Radio Station.
