Four-man band Larkins, who have risen from Manchester, are taking the indie scene by storm – even in times of crisis and the global pandemic.

After bringing the studio to his flat, lead singer Josh Noble and the band are trying their best to keep in contact with their supporters via Instagram and they’ve set-up a blog to share music and their progress. When the Coronavirus forced flights to be grounded the band were in the first week of their “Before The Flood” tour in the USA – a tour which has now been postponed to December.

Larkins have also had a tight nit fan base and the band welcome all of their fans in a loving way – a refreshing characteristic for a band that has come from a small town where community wasn’t set-up this way. As he describes to Rhiannon Nevada, Josh is still baffled by everyone who has got behind the band.

Having released their EP “Hit & Run” in February, with a new single on the way which Josh describes as “the best tune we’ve ever done”, there is a lot to look forward to when it comes to Larkins. Rhiannon sat down with Josh to talk about coping in crisis and the latest band news.
