Lauv has had an incredible 10 months.
In May 2017 he released his, then, soon-to-be breakthrough single ‘I Like Me Better’ - a release even he admits that, at the time, he didn’t realise how significant it would be. The song charted globally, entered the Spotify Global Top 40 and was certified Silver in the UK, 3x Platinum in Australia and Gold in the US.

Only to out-do himself, he released a collaboration with global DJ powerhouse DJ Snake - ‘A Different Way’ (co-written with Ed Sheeran), co-wrote Cheat Codes chart-topper ‘No Promises (feat. Demi Lovato)’ and then toured Asia with Ed Sheeran.
Then in October (yes, literally, this is how crazy his life has been) he released follow-up single ‘Easy Love’ followed by 'Paris In The Rain'.

We initially interviewed Lauv 1 month after ‘I Like Me Better’ had been released (listen back here) and now speaking to him at the legendary Abbey Road Studios whilst in London for his headline world tour, he has a slightly different perspective on life and pop music.
James Gilmore interviewed Lauv about his crazy 10 months, performing in arenas and how to film a music video in a desert road.
