Nicky Mogran is a British Conservative Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Loughborough since 2010, and previously served as Secretary of State for Education and Minister for Women and Equalities until 2016. She now chairs the Treasury Select Committee following the 2017 General Election.
She does not shy away from expressing her views on Brexit. Morgan supported the 'Remain' campaign in the 2016 referendum. Following Cameron's resignation, she announced she was considering running for the Conservative party leadership, although she backed Michael Gove instead.
