Honest, fierce and a force to be reckoned with – there’s a lot to be excited about when it comes to SACHA.

For fans of Miley Cyrus’ new rock era (mixed with a bit of early Dua Lipa), SACHA is the Scottish-Pakistani singer who has one of the most impressive debut singles of the past few years. “Something We Regret” is a bold introduction to the artist; a radio-ready pop ballad that fits in as seamlessly into a rage-filled make-up sesh as it does an episode of Love Island.

Interestingly when it comes to SACHA, unlike many burgeoning artists, she wasn’t brought up in a musical household. Later discovering that her grandmother was a pianist and singer, SACHA’s main musical force growing up was herself! Drawing from her innate ability to sing and song-write, she started to develop the skills that we’re now able to enjoy today.

And that leads us to today – with an unapologetic introduction via “Something To Regret” we’re sat wanting more… and really could you ask for anything more from a new artist?

Rojan Said sat down with SACHA to talk about her debut single, quirky fashion sense and how to play the piano with long nails.

Broadcasted exclusively worldwide on W!ZARD Radio Station.
