This is New Wave Sounds with Rhiannon Nevada. Every Monday, W!ZARD Radio Station's resident alt/indie expert Rhiannon Nevada drops three upcoming artists she thinks you should be keeping your eyes on. Here's what she thinks you should be listening to this week...

Softcult

Rhiannon: I discovered Softcult on YouTube through jamming out to Black Honey and Pale Waves. I went down the rabbit hole and was blessed with finding their latest track “Gloomy Girl”. They are a band made up of twins and were inspired to pursue music after being inspired by LILHUDDY.

The Let Go

Rhiannon: The Let Go are an underground duo that have some great indie bops. If your looking for clothing inspiration definitely check out their Instagram. They love to use glitter under their eyes in their music videos which I think is pretty neat.

Mint Green

Rhiannon: Mint Green are a soft rock band that really capture the frustrations of early adulthood. It blows my mind that they don’t have a huge fanbase already as their music is music I can listen to on repeat forever. I’m hoping they will come out with some fresh material soon. Their song “Changing” is a favourite of mine. They also have some great covers over on their YouTube Channel.
